What does Qustom do?
Qustom is a luxury construction and bespoke joinery company. We deliver full fit-outs, design-and-build and refined bespoke joinery, creating exceptional interiors for residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects across London and the UK.
Where is Qustom based, and where do you work?
We're based in Maidenhead, Berkshire (1 Grove Road, SL6 1LW) and work with clients across London and throughout the UK.
Do you work in central London?
Yes. Our work includes projects across central London — among them Sunspel's flagship on Jermyn Street — and we serve clients throughout Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and the City of London, alongside the wider UK.

Do you take on commercial, retail and office fit-outs?
Yes. Alongside luxury residential work we deliver retail, office and hospitality fit-outs — including stores for brands such as Sunspel, Hollister and Abercrombie & Fitch, and refurbishments for the Park Plaza hotels.
What types of project do you take on?
From residential new build and refurbishment to bespoke joinery, kitchens and wardrobes, retail and shopfitting, office interiors, hospitality fit-outs and show homes.
What is bespoke joinery?
Bespoke joinery is custom woodwork made to measure for a specific space — kitchens, wardrobes, panelling, staircases, libraries and one-off furniture. Qustom designs and builds bespoke joinery to an exacting finish, either within a full fit-out or as a standalone commission.
Do you offer design and build?
Yes — design-and-build and full project management, taking a space from concept through to a finished, handover-ready interior.
Do you work from an architect or interior designer's drawings?
Yes. We regularly deliver projects to architects' and designers' specifications, and also offer design-and-build — taking a scheme from concept through to a finished, handover-ready interior.
Who founded Qustom?
Qustom was founded by Eugene Macovei, who has more than twenty years' experience delivering fit-outs, bespoke joinery and refurbishments for retail, hospitality and private clients across London and the UK.
